A little about the Journey to get here:
Construction Clean LLC was founded by Stephen Clapham and Stacey Kuhn, inspired by their passion for excellence in construction cleaning and a desire to build something of their own. For as long as Stacey has known Stephen—over 20 years—his knack for detail has been unmatched. Starting his career in hardwood flooring at just 13, Stephen has honed a keen eye for quality over the years. The idea for Construction Clean LLC sparked when Stephen was talking to a contractor about his floor project and realized the need for a professional cleaning company to help construction teams move efficiently from one phase to the next. With the contractor’s encouragement, the dream became a reality.
Both Stephen and Stacey had long wanted to start their own business, but the fear of taking the plunge made it feel like an impossible pipe dream. However, Stephen decided that instead of wishing for a better future, he would take action to create it. Now, with a flourishing cleaning business, he also has plans to take over the family flooring business and hopes to merge both ventures in the coming years.
Starting this company was a huge leap of faith—a step out of their comfort zone into a world of hard work and risk. But as they’ve learned, sometimes you need to get uncomfortable to achieve the kind of life you truly want. The road hasn’t been easy, but they’re not afraid of hard work. Stephen and Stacey are driven by the vision of building a financially secure future for themselves and their children while keeping the values of family, community, and quality service at the heart of everything they do.
